It is a bit weird, but it is true that in my life, until my mid-20s I have not ever brought a foundation for myself. The reason behind that was a terrible idea of not finding the best suitable colour for my warm Indian skin tone and experiencing a horrible change in the skin tone after applying it. Thankfully this does not happen in reality, as the market is flooding with many brands offering a large variety of colours Maybelline Fit Me foundation being one of them. This is my Maybelline Fit Me foundation review that is honest and very personal opinion after using it.
Today I bought the Maybelline Fit Me foundation in the shade 330 Toffee which shamelessly mixed on my skin tone. I will mention all whatever I like or don’t like.
I have brought the tube form as it is the first time and that was the smallest quantity available in 18 grams. It Is a travel-friendly packaging, that you can carry any ware with your self. From this point the packaging is good. But from the point of hygiene pump container is much more hygienic.
I am in love with the product as it gives you wonderful coverage. The product spreads well and 1 large drop is enough to cover my face and neck. The product stays on the skin perfectly giving a mate finish look yet creamy feeling and not a very dry uncomfortable skin. It definitely does not go away with a little wiping with a napkin or something like that, so you can use it as your makeup base for your party night. I am eager to create a party look using the product soon.
I have bought the foundation of 18 grams with a compact powder as a kit at rupees 350 which was in offer. I won’t say it to be too pricey as it offers enough quantity and also the product is worth the money.
- Good coverage
- Budget friendly options available
- Offers 18 shades
- Stays for long time
- Renowned and trustworthy brand name
- The packaging could have been better.
This is totally my own experience after using for the foundation the first time. If you use the same product please share your thoughts in the comment box below and let others know about your experience.
