Natural foot scrubs
Today we will discuss about some best foot scrubs and foot masks for your daily foot care regime.Taking proper care of our feet daily is very important as the signs of aging appears on the skin of hands and feet much earlier than they appear on the face. If you are someone like me who is suffering due to extremely dry foot and having a treatment at the parlor is not the remedy, you can cure it with some DIY remedies with ingredients available in your home.
Red lentils and raw milk foot scrub
Take 3 table spoon of uncooked red lentils (musur dal), 4 table spoon of raw milk, ¼ spoon of turmeric, 1 table spoon of olive oil. Form a paste by grinding it. Apply it on your foot, keep it for 15 minutes, scrub it off with lukewarm water, pat dry the skin. Follow the process with a heavy moisturize and putting on socks for minimum an hour. Oliv oil and milk softens the skin, turmeric disinfectants and helps to lighten the skin tone, red lentils scrubs off the dead cells.
Oliv oil and crushed sugar foot scrub
Take ample amount of crushed sugar, mix oliv oil to it and form a wet sand type of consistency. I would recommend you to dip your feet on some warm water for 10 minutes to soften the skin first. Then scrub in circular motion for 3 to 4 minutes each. Rinse it off. Don’t skip the moisture and socks and see the best results. This is one of the best foot scrubs for me as it moisturizes the skin and remove dead cells from skin.
Coffee and coconut oil foot scrub
Just take 2 spoon of coffee power and add 3 table spoon of coconut oil to it, add few drops of your favorite essential oil to it. Dip your feet on some warm water for 10 minutes, pat dry it with no water left on the skin. Scrub in circular motion for 5 minutes. Wash off with lukewarm water followed by cold water to seal the moisture. Don’t skip the moisture and socks and see the best results.
Lemon and glisarin foot serum
To remove tan from the surface of your feet apply 2 table spoon of glisarin mixed with ½ table spoon of lemon juice. Apply it. Keep it overnight, it is advisable to put on socks. Do it regularly.
Gram flour and turmaric foot pack
Take 2 to 3 table spoon of gram flour, pinch of turmeric, 1 table spoon of aloevera gel, 2 table spoon of cucumber juice. Form a thick paste. Apply on your feet and keep it for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse off with clod water. This will remove tan and moisturize your skin with a mild scrub of gram flour.

Daily night foot care
To maintain the beauty of your feel you can moisturize it with your favorite moisturize before going to bed. It can be olive oil or petroleum jelly or any heavy moisturize mixed with some essential oil. After moisturizing it cover up with a comfortable pair of socks. This will take care of your feet all over the year.
