Winter and dry skin are two sides of a coin, inseparable. Loading the skin with oil or some heavy moisturizer might seem to be irritating sometimes. Here we will discuss about some products that will help to retain the moisture level of your skin.

Honey is one of those magical natural ingredients that helps to moisturize your skin without any chemical.

Honey for hair – Add honey to any of your hair mask and get extra nourishment on your hair.

Honey for skin-  Mix some honey with some bread crumbs, you can also add raw milk to form a paste like consistency. Use it while having a bath on whole body and wipes away all dead cells and reveal soft skin without any chemical.

Banana is a great source of calories for your body. Surprisingly, it is also a great source of nourishment to your hair and skin.

Banana for hair: crush one ripe banana, as ripe as possible. Mix egg, vitamin e capsule, honey, fenugreek seed power or paste with the banana. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 30 minutes. It will work as a protein mask for you preventing dryness of hair in winter.

Glycerine for skin- Take glycerine and lemon juice in 1:1 ratio. Apply before going to bed. Use both face and hands to reduce darkness and keep the skin soft and glowing.  Wear full sleeves if applied on hand.

Also, you can make your DIY homemade glycerine soap by using soap base, glycerin, Aloe Vera gel, coffee powder, turmeric.

Egg for hair- Egg is a great source of protein. It can be used as a solution to hair fall, dull and damaged hair. You can simply use an egg before shampooing or make an egg mask and use it.

Egg for skin- Egg for skin- As an egg is great for skin softening and smoothing you can take 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of honey, 2 tablespoons of Aloe Vera gel and some finely crushed oat powder or some rice flower and use it as a scrubber. To reduce the smell of eggs, add a few drops of essential oil of your choice which is optional. No need to use soap after this and you can see soft smooth skin.
